On the Colombian Caribbean coast, fried food is an icon of street food. However, the owners of these businesses operate informally and are forced to steal energy to work. Among other informal businesses, this problem costs the country’s energy companies more than US$400,000 in daily losses. Centelsa, a company whose vision is to electrify the future, wanted to provide a solution.
